1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Vexel ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts & roles
Vexel serves three user types: Advertisers, Earners (screen owners), and Distributors. You may hold multiple roles. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Acceptable use
You will not upload creatives that are unlawful, infringing, deceptive, sexually explicit, or that promote violence or hate. Vexel may remove any creative at its discretion via moderation.
4. Payments & earnings
Advertiser budgets are charged per impression. Earnings accrue based on validated impressions delivered on registered screens. Payouts and revenue share are described in your dashboard.
5. Service availability
Vexel is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted ad delivery or specific revenue outcomes.
6. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.
